Project Overview

City Hall is the front door of municipal government — a building the public visits, staff occupy daily, and the city relies on to keep operating. Estate Design & Construction was engaged by the City of Signal Hill to perform facility work at City Hall, executed to municipal specifications with the documentation and quality control public buildings demand.

Working on an active civic facility means sequencing the work around a functioning office and public-facing services. We coordinated closely with city staff to maintain access, manage dust and noise, and keep disruption to a minimum while holding the project schedule.
