Project Overview

Known as "Horsetown USA," the City of Norco maintains a distinct civic character — and its City Hall serves a community that takes pride in its public spaces. Estate Design & Construction's Public Works Division delivered building and site improvements at Norco City Hall, performed to municipal specification with full public-works compliance.

As with any active civic building, the work was planned to keep City Hall operational and accessible to the public throughout construction, with careful coordination between our field crews, city staff, and inspectors.
