But this company didn't start with cranes and city contracts. It started with one man. Benjamin landed in America in 2010 with almost nothing — no connections, no safety net, just ambition and a refusal to quit. His first job was wrenching on air conditioners in the Bay Area. From there he learned the trade the hard way: solar, roofing, then large-scale construction, one grueling jobsite at a time.
